Meridian Partners is a boutique advisory and executive management firm focused on Saudi Arabia and the Gulf. We support boards, family principals and senior management teams with market entry, institutional engagement and in-market representation across key sectors of the region.
Our aim is to provide a private office standard of service to organizations that require a trusted country partner, without initially building a full local structure of their own. Working on a selective mandate basis, we align strategy, access and execution so that clients can establish a credible, compliant and long-term presence in the Gulf’s most relevant markets.

Mandate Principles
We work on a mandate basis, not on volume. Each engagement is accepted only when we can add access, discretion and execution capacity beyond what the client already has. Our work combines four layers:
Positioning. Defining why the client is relevant for the market and the right entry route.
Access. Engaging decision-makers, not the perimeter, and aligning the institutional, corporate and local partner angles.
Management. Putting the vehicle, the local presence and the PMO/interim executive in place until the operation is stable.
